38 Week Appointment

I'm now up to +27.6lbs and my Fundal Height was 36cm. The baby's heart rate was in the upper 150's.  She said the baby can come any day so be ready! We are excited and are just waiting for this little one to decide when it's 'done' :)

Today is my last Monday of work! Seems pretty strange...my goodbye lunch is scheduled for Thursday. It will be sad but exciting too!
Our next appointment is Monday 11/21 @ 39 weeks!!
